OUR MISSION
FNP’S mission has always been to help make improvements in both the cost and quality of care delivered within the State of Florida’s Medicaid program. |

OUR MODEL
Florida NetPASS is a “Fee-for-Service / Information-Based” medical management model. We provide physicians with vital clinical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic and financial information about their patients that was not previously available. Information designed to support and enhance the vital doctor-patient relationship. This results in a “next-stage,” less intrusive, care management approach. In addition, our physicians continue to be reimbursed by AHCA at standard Medicaid fee-for-service rates.
OUR CREDENTIALS
In 2001, FNP began as a MediPass pilot project. Its purpose was to develop and implement new and innovative care management approaches. Today, with over 1000 physician locations and over 50,000 enrollees, our program has gained a unique perspective and understanding of Florida’s Medicaid population. Additionally, as one of the first Provider Service Networks (“PSNs”) to be approved by the state for Medicaid reform, we can assist physicians in meeting the challenges and opportunities of Medicaid reform now or in the future.
